"Daniel approached me out of the blue, but was not in the slightest bit pushy. I told him I was interested in getting quotes and it took ME (making sure to be clear it wasn’t Daniel) 6 weeks before I was able to find time to review current policies to the quoted policies. All this time he was very patient with me and just kept telling me “no problem I’ll just catch up with you in a couple weeks”. It took a refreshing to have someone who listens to the customer and isn’t pushy! Yes the quotes were less than I received elsewhere, but I think I may have spent at least a little more to know I was dealing with someone who didn’t try to force a sale on me. I would highly recommend anyone to this agency!"

"I have never had someone belittle me and talk down to me as this man and his employees have I will be filing a complaint with BBB as they have made some Libalis And defamatory statements and accusations against my character I never once made a derogatory remark. As iam an educated young mother of four that knows you guys are wrong for the way you treated and talked down to me as I have witnesses to your defamation of my character we will be in touch god bless not to mention you guys left me stranded after I pay for road side assistance and this has nothing to do with feelings as it is all facts you failed as an insurance agent and left me and my four kids stranded and when I called his Larry Lucas office his receptionist filed a claim on my policy didn't even call road side assistance for me after I was tboned. Than Larry Lucas continued to antagonize me. Meanwhile I had to cut the phone call short because Larry Lucas was attempting to belittle me him and his employees should be let go I would not recommend this agent as they're completely incompetent and have emails to prove it!"
